Here goes nothing!!
I have already made my first New Years Resolution. I am going to start a Podcast that will air every week and describe the current real estate market in the Bitterroot Valley. There will be stats like number of homes sold, number of homes currently on the market, and new homes on the market. I will also showcase listings from time to time. The first Podcast will be on January 3rd recapping 2007 in real estate. I will post a new podcast every Sunday to recap the previous week.
Feel free to ask questions or request information that I am not currently giving.
